Ozkul Dikici was born in 1978 in Balikesir, Turkey. He studied Business Administration at Mediterranean University, after completed elementary, middle, and high school in the town of Bandirma.

Afterwards, Ozkul settled in America and received American citizenship, living in Kentcuky, where he met his wife Amanda Lee Dikici, 7, and then in Los Angeles (CA) for 5 years. He studied cinematography and film directing at LA. After Ozkul is relocated to Turkey, he has scored many well-known domestic and overseas projects as well.
